According to the different shapes, there is another type called Y clevis. It’s because the structure is like letter “Y”. On the one hand of the ball clevis is a ball head. On the other hand, there is a steel pin or hex bolt going through the two holes of the ball clevis. So that, there is space for the U clevis to connect the ball clevis.
One is the slide-out variety and the other incorporates a removable lid. As for the latter one, the tray can be pulled out and lowered to 10 degree working angle or even further 45 degree working angle to provide ease of access for maintenance or installation work.
The cutting tools feature an advancing speed setting automatically switching from a fast advancing speed of cable cutting blades to a slower cutting speed – tools are provided with a maximum pressure valve (MPC1 manometer is available upon request to check the proper setting of the valve).
Designed to fit the metric range of cables, and with a longer lattice length, these grips are ideal for pulling light to medium loads.
This grip has a flexible eye construction.

The ladder is easily foldable for convenient transportation and storage, and its easy click-lock system allows for both versatility and security. Suitable for Trade and DIY use.
• Maximum safe working load of 150kg
• Fitted with stabiliser bars
• Simple ‘click-lock’ hinge system
• Folded height 0.9m
• Stepladder height 1.65m (SWH 2.72m)
• Extension ladder height 3.38m (SWH 4.03m)
SWH is the recommended safe working height.
Low dispersion and attenuation
Proper design, precise control for fiber excess length and distinct stranding process render the cable excellent mechanical and environmental properties
Double-jacket structure make cable have nice properties of moisture resistance and crush resistance
With small cable diameter, light cable weight, easily to lay
Operating Temperature : -40 ~ +60 ℃
Waterproofing layer providing strong water-resistance performance
Steel tape with PE outer sheathing and metallic strengthening member enhancing anti-crush and tensile property of cable
Up to 24 fiber cores
The loose tube is centrally situated with good excess length and minimizes the influence of lateral crush.
Double wire as strength member provides excellent strain performance.
According to the number of bolts, there are 3 types:1 bolt guy clamp, 2 bolt guy clamp, and 3 bolt guy clamp. 3 bolt clamp is most used due to the excellent performance.
In another installation way, the guy clamp is replaced by the wire rope clip or guy grip. Some types of guy clamps have curved ends, protecting the wire from damage.
Pole top bracket is made to permit mounting on wood poles by two 16mm diameter bolts vertically spaced 203mm center to center. One of the bracket mounting holes is slotted to permit slight variations in mounting bolt spacing. The insulator mounting surface is at a height approximately 125mm above the top bracket mounting hole.
Features:
Guy wire anchor rod feature:
1. Breaking Load test: 62kn for 1 min
2. Hot-dip galvanized strictly according to ASTM-123
3. Uniform and reasonable packing
4. Size Accuracy 0.1mm.
5. Direct From Factory, Save 30%–50% Cost
The guy wire anchor rod with square nut is manufactured in hot-dip galvanized steel. The raw material steel is selected according to AISI-SAE 1018 or 1020. The carbon is not lower than 0.13% according to ASTM A36M. Zinc coating of 80 um, according to ASTM A-153. The head of the guy wire anchor rod will be forged in one single piece with a single eye, twin-eye, or trip eye as attached drawings. The other side rod is with 8cm to 10cm thread length according to UNC. The UNC required 10thread per inch.
The heavy-duty square nut which assembled on the guy wire anchor rod is of galvanized steel with a minimum coating of 53 um, according to class C of ASTM A153. The square nut thread is made before galvanization.
